 The following heat was calculated on 30kW combustion engine:

 

I.  CHP data

When 30kW natural gas genset normally running , exhaust gas temperature is around 550℃.

Since methane gas composition are different in every places,to fully combust of fuel, the mixing ratio of gas and air in general is the theoretical value of about 1.4 times.After measured there will be 253.3kg gas produced per hour.

(Fuel gas composition : CO2 13%  H2O 11%  N76%,Specific heat capacity is 0.27kcal/kg·℃ at 100℃~600℃)

II. Ammonia absorption refrigeration unit in accordance with a factor of 0.5 to calculate the thermodynamic

Ammonia absorption refrigeration unit cooling capacity can be up to 15,000 kcal / h. According to clients request, cooling water amount is 5.9ton per day, genset will run appro.3 hrs, so 15,000kcal/h*3hrs=45,000kcal;45,000kcal/5,900kg=7.6℃, which means 5.9tons of water can be cooled from 10.6℃ to 3℃ .

Cooling capacity is related to heat amount .
